Pregnant Marine Missing

Author: Pregnant Marine L.Cpl. Maria Lauterbach is missing from base. She was last heard from on Dec 13, and her cell phone was phone at the front gate on Dec 20. Why is this the first that the media has reported on this case? I heard about Laci Peterson the day after she went missing, and I also heard about Jessie Davis – the pregnant girl who was murdered by her married boyfriend – within days. I live on Marine Corps Base Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, and there has been no reporting of this disappearance. Why didn’t the Marine Corps talk to the media so we could find this girl and her unborn child. Where is the father? I pray that she is safe.

Alphabet Quilt
So I am on this new quilting kick. I had never quilted before but my husband bought me a sewing machine. I made this ABC quilt for my nephew. It was really fun. I cut 30 6×6 blocks, 4 alphabet blocks for the corners and then Angles, Bunnies, Cats, Dragon, Eagles, Football, Gorillas, Horses, Ice Skaters, Jalapenos, Kangaroos, Lobsters, Marines, Nutcracker, Owls, Penguins, Queen, Reindeer, Stars, Tractors, Unicorns, Vegetables, Witches, Xray, Yarn and Zebras. Then I used backyardigans for the borders.
